All our children wear school uniform and we work with you to ensure all our children maintain a smart appearance. Children are positively encouraged and rewarded for taking care of their possessions and for ensuring they have the correct equipment for each school activity, at the right time, on the right day. Follow the links below to find the correct uniform for your child.
Our uniform supplier is Smiths Schoolwear and our uniform can be ordered from them via this link:
Please note, your order can be delivered direct to the school, without any postage costs incurred.
For reasons of safety:-
The FA recommends children have football boots with metal studs, however they also advise that nylon studs or blades are acceptable. Plastic studs are not acceptable as they can splinter and cause injury. Astro turf shoes are not a replacement for football boots or trainers. The school can take no responsibility if children wear astro turf shoes. This is relevant to all sports activities, including clubs.
We ask all children to tie their hair back when using school equipment – this is particularly important during games and PE. Hair should be kept neat, in conventional styles, to the satisfaction of staff and Governors. Hair should be cut no shorter than Number 3. Hair bands and slides etc, should be kept simple and be in school colours. Hair gel and braids/beads must not be worn. Hard hair bands should not be worn for PE.
Jewellery must not be worn. Earrings are not permitted, except for children with pierced ears, who may wear only simple studs, which children must remove for PE and games lessons. Staff cannot take responsibility for removing or replacing studs, or for their loss.In the initial 6 week period when earrings cannot be removed, children must provide tape / elastoplast to cover their studs, for safety during PE and games.Children may wear watches, (identified with their name), when they are able to use them.
Children should only wear laced plimsolls when they are able to fasten and unfasten their own laces, (unless there is a particular medical reason for the child wearing certain footwear). We ask all who wear white plimsolls to clean them regularly.
Please ensure that all personal property is clearly labelled with your child’s name. If parents / carers have difficulty providing our school uniform, please let us know, we will try to help.
